Top sportsmen and women from Zambia have arrived in Glasgow for high performance training ahead of the London 2012 Olympic Games.
The delegation, which includes athletes, boxers, badminton players, swimmers, coaches and officials were welcomed to Scotstoun Stadium by Glasgow Life chairman George Redmond.
The three-week training camp will help them and members of the Zambian national Olympic Committee with preparations ahead of the London sporting extravaganza.
Nigeria will not be attending the Africa Junior Championships because most of the players are at the sports festival. Besides, talents to be discovered at the Games still need to undergo thorough training.
